Service Agreement

Weekly Service Includes:
Maintain proper water chemical balance.
Vacuum, leaf master, or rake the pool as needed.
Empty baskets weekly and back wash filters as needed. Brush tiles, walls, and steps as needed.
Maintain a written record of the service visit.
Please note Aloha pool and Spa takes three weeks of paid vacation a year. We schedule the vacation during non-peak season. Pool Service will not be credited or made up during these vacation times. Homeowners will be notified in advance of vacation times. Please remember that four months of the year have five weeks and monthly charges are based on a four week month. This means there are five weeks in the year you are not paying for.
During holidays such as Independence Day, Labor Day, and Veterans Day we will make up pools that are serviced on that day during another work day that week.
The following terms and conditions apply to the service:
Chemicals: All basic chemicals are included and stored on our vehicles. All other chemicals such as algaecides, phosphate removers, shock, stabilizers, and salt used will be an extra charge.
Water level: It is the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain proper water levels.
Access to pool: Please be sure that your pool serviceman always has access to your pool on the day of your service. This means unlocking gates or providing a gate code, making sure all pets are contained in a safe place, and pool cover is removed (with the ex- ception of some electric covers). Refunds will not be given if service is missed due to lack of access or unruly pets.
On rainy days: Only a chemical service and emptying of baskets will be performed.
Additional clean up charges: In the event that the pool receives excessive debris and or a dirt load due to severe storm, landscaping issues, or poor drainage an additional charge will ensue. This charge will be based on the amount of debris and time taken for the clean up.
Repairs: All major repairs will be communicated to and approved by the homeowner prior to the repair being performed.
Payment terms: Service is billed at the beginning of the month for that current service month. Any extra charges will be applied to the following months invoice. Invoice are due when they are received. Any invoice received after the 30th of the month is considered late and could be subject to late fees.
Safety Issues: The homeowner/resident is responsible to maintain code compliance with the city on issues such as fencing, gates, backwash/waste lines, and all other applicable safety issues.
Liability: Aloha Pool and Spa will not be held responsible for any staining of plaster. Because plaster is composed of natural materials a certain amount of staining shading, and/or color variation is to be expected.

The above prices and specifications are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. I hereby authorize Aloha Pool and Spa Service to do the work and I agree to Pay according to the terms outlined in this agreement. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
